I needed mortgage advice to purchase my first home in London, using the help to buy equity loan. I’ve since remortgaged with Andrew as I felt confident he’d help guide me through the various scenarios and financial options, as I was undecided if I should remortgage to buy out the HTB equity loan or staircase with savings.
I needed specialist advice and time pressured support as I was purchasing my home through the help to buy equity loan. Five years on when it came time to renew my loan Andrew crunched the numbers to help me decide if I should staircase, remortgage to pay off the equity loan in full or stick and invest my savings. Andrew gives advice in considered ways prompting me to think about the next 5 to 10 years and my goals.
Indeed!
Nothing, he’s been great!

Great advice, support and flexibility. Helped me understand things clearly and so I understood the process. Goes above and beyond.

I approached Daniel at Hartley Ross in 2024 because I was trying to draw down a workplace pension aged 50. I couldn’t make any headway with the pension provider on my own and there were too many bureaucratic hurdles.
Daniel very patiently and persistently worked through this issue. I had more or less given up and assumed the issue couldn't be solved. I was facing a very tight deadline to access the money and Daniel delivered this ahead of time.
Accessing the money was critical to our family finances at the time and Daniel achieved a great result given the timeframe and complexity. He exceeded my expectations on this issue.
