What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I needed mortgage advice to purchase my first home in London, using the help to buy equity loan. I’ve since remortgaged with Andrew as I felt confident he’d help guide me through the various scenarios and financial options, as I was undecided if I should remortgage to buy out the HTB equity loan or staircase with savings.

I needed specialist advice and time pressured support as I was purchasing my home through the help to buy equity loan. Five years on when it came time to renew my loan Andrew crunched the numbers to help me decide if I should staircase, remortgage to pay off the equity loan in full or stick and invest my savings. Andrew gives advice in considered ways prompting me to think about the next 5 to 10 years and my goals.
