I had no issues or complaints. The process was smooth and flawless and I would recommend her highly.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Heather was recommended to us as we were having trouble getting a suitable mortgage (in our late 50s, had been renting for a few years, self employed).
How has Heather helped you?
Heather was positive from the outset and assured us that we would be able to get mortgage organised with no issues. She was practical and straightforward and was as good as her word. The mortgage (and associated insurance) was organised quickly and smoothly. Heather was in constant contact and replied promptly to any queries. With one meeting we moved from depressed about the entire process to positively looking forward to looking for properties.

Absolutely. Heather got us a mortgage in principal and we were able to then start looking seriously for our new home. Moved into our new house last month. We literally could not have done it without Heather's help and knowledge. She was professional and knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
